Braided River photographers have incredible stories to tell about the places they have been and the things they have seen. Through multi-media presentations, photographers are able to share these stories along with the photographs that can be found in their books.  

 

 

Visions of the Arctic with Florian Schulz

Florian Schulz has teamed up with Earthjustice to create an exhibit of photographs from his many Arctic expeditions. Florian will speak on behalf of Earthjustice at the Jackson Hole Center on August 8, 2011. RSVP required for this event - RSVP here.

Salmon in the Trees with Amy Gulick

This is the fifth stop for Salmon in the Trees as it travels to five communities in Southeast Alaska to celebrate International Year of Forests. Amy Gulick will present at Craig High School in Craig, AK on August 25,in conjunction with the Prince of Wales Restoration Celebration.

The Last Polar Bear: Facing the Truth of a Warming World

The Last Polar Bear: Facing the Truth of a Warming World presents over 40 large-format color photographs by Steven Kazlowski and documents the polar bear in its Arctic coastal habitat. Kazlowski has dedicated over eight years of work to bring to life the immediate reality of the devastation of the Arctic through global warming.

Freedom to Roam™: Yellowstone to Yukon

German photographer Florian Schulz spent ten years photographing one of the world’s last intact mountain ecosystems: the Yellowstone to Yukon corridor, a 2,000-mile expanse in western North America along the spine of the Rockies. The incredible photos in this exhibit feature the wilderness, wildlife and natural processes of the Yellowstone to Yukon corridor, and encourage protection of this interconnected web of life.
